Digital delivery and changes of mind

Our products are digital PDF downloads. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once your purchased PDF has been delivered. This includes simply deciding you no longer want the product.

This policy does not override your statutory cancellation rights, remedies for a problem with the product, or refunds available under Lemon Squeezy’s applicable terms. Receiving or downloading the PDF does not remove your rights concerning defective or misdescribed content.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Consumers in Ireland, the rest of the EU and the UK generally have 14 days from entering into a distance contract for digital content to cancel without giving a reason.

Where applicable law allows that right to end on early supply, it ends only when supply begins after you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, and the required contract confirmation has been provided. Merely reading this policy does not give that consent.

If those conditions have not been met, you retain the cancellation rights provided by applicable law, even if you have received the PDF. Where required cancellation information has not been provided, the cancellation period may be extended under applicable law. Mandatory rights that apply in other countries also remain unaffected.

To exercise a cancellation right, send a clear statement to admin@evlvn.com before the applicable deadline. You may use the optional form below, but do not have to. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Problems with your purchase

Contact us if your download is missing, inaccessible or corrupted, or if the content is defective or does not match its description. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

You may be entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract and receive a refund if a problem is serious, cannot be fixed, or is not resolved as required by applicable law. We will honour those rights; you do not have to accept a replacement where the law entitles you to an immediate refund. Where Irish law requires a refund for defective digital content, the applicable 14-day refund deadline will be honoured.

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, send us both order references so we can arrange a refund of the duplicate charge.

How to request help

Email admin@evlvn.com with your order reference, checkout email and a short description of the issue. Please do not send full payment card details. We aim to respond within five business days. This response target does not extend any legal deadline or restrict your rights.

You may also contact Lemon Squeezy support. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed as permitted by law. Payment processing times do not change any applicable legal deadline.

Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds under its own terms, including at its discretion within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. This does not create a 60-day money-back guarantee or limit statutory rights to that period. See its Buyer Terms.

If your contract is cancelled or terminated with a full refund, stop using and sharing the refunded prompt collection. This does not apply to a price reduction where you retain the product, and does not restrict mandatory legal rights.
