1. About us

Standout Prompts is operated by Evolve App Limited, a limited company registered in Ireland.

These terms cover our website and the use of our digital prompt products. Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and are also subject to its Buyer Terms. Our terms do not replace Lemon Squeezy’s terms for its sale and payment services.

2. What you purchase

We sell digital PDF collections of image-generation prompts. Each product page describes the included PDFs, prompt count and intended use. No physical item is shipped. Only the content described at purchase is included; future packs are not automatically included in a purchase of the Complete Collection.

A PDF reader and a compatible image-generation tool are required. Our prompts and instructions are in English and written for ChatGPT Images. An image-generation account, subscription or credits are not included. You are responsible for any separate charges from your chosen tool.

Examples on this website are AI-generated illustrations of possible results. Results depend on your reference image, instructions and the tool used, and may require refinement. We do not promise an identical image, a particular commercial outcome, or compatibility with every image-generation tool. This does not affect your right to receive digital content that conforms to its description and applicable legal requirements.

3. Prices, checkout and delivery

Storefront prices are in US dollars and purchases are one-time payments. Review the final total, currency and any applicable taxes displayed by Lemon Squeezy before paying. You can review your chosen product and correct your details before submitting payment.

After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy provides digital download access and emails the access link to the address supplied at checkout. No Standout Prompts account is required. Contact admin@evlvn.com if you cannot access your purchase.

4. Your licence to use the prompts

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user to use and adapt the prompts to generate images for personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may keep personal backup copies of the PDFs.

You may not share, publish, sell, sublicense or redistribute the PDFs or prompt text, including modified versions that reproduce substantial parts of our content, or make them available in a shared prompt library. Clients may receive your resulting images; this licence does not permit transferring the prompt collection to them. Exceptions permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Permission to use our prompts does not grant rights in another person’s face, photograph, trademark or other protected material. Use references you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, and comply with applicable law and your image-generation provider’s terms. We do not promise that generated images are exclusive, copyright-protected, or cleared of third-party rights.

Standout Prompts is independent of OpenAI and the brands depicted in examples. References to tools and brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Refunds and your legal rights

Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind requests, statutory cancellation rights, delivery problems and remedies for defective or misdescribed content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including rights under Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 where applicable. Mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in a competent court remain unaffected.

6. Changes and questions

Updated terms apply to future purchases from the date the updated terms are published. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. You can save or print this page for your records.
